1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using clipfarmlabs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including creators, editors, and administrators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using clipfarmlabs you represent that you meet this age requirement. Access is by application only and we reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content and uploads

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content you grant clipfarmlabs a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display your content to provide our services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Reposting permission

Where you select the "OK to repost" option on a clip submission, you additionally grant clipfarmlabs permission to share that clip on our owned and operated social media channels for promotional purposes. You may withdraw this permission for future submissions at any time.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: upload content that infringes copyright, defames, or violates any law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other accounts; use the Platform to spam, harass, or harm others; reverse engineer or scrape the Platform; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The clipfarmlabs name, logo, and platform technology are owned by clipfarmlabs. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, brand names, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Platform as intended.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of content or data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, clipfarmlabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
